What’s included in my Doula Packages?

Pregnancy and Childbirth support packages include:

  • 2x2 hrs pregnancy consultation

  • Childbirth Education Class (3x3 hrs, physiological birth, comfort measures, birthing positions, newborn care, postpartum period)*

  • MAP™ for Better Birth Structural Protocol and Corrections

  • Birth Plan assistance

  • Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 availability through phone and messenger

  • 24/7 availability from 37th week gestation

  • Continuous labor support

  • 2x2 hrs postpartum support

*Group and personal Childbirth Education Classes are available in some of the plans

When Should I Book? You can book as soon as you are ready, I recommend somewhere between 12-32 weeks into your pregnancy
